| The Roundtable discussion will focus on the impact of Barack Obama's character, beliefs, and operating style on his decision making as president. I will extend the analysis presented in my recently published book, Personality and Politics: Obama For and Against Himself, to the president's major foreign policy decisions in 2011, focusing on those that pertain to Middle East policy. I will also try to anticipate the president's domestic decisional style and likely policy outcomes as the 2012 election approaches. |
