ISPP
31st
Annual Scientific Meeting:
Our 2008 Annual Meeting will be held at
Sciences Po in Paris, France
(27 rue Saint Guillaume)
July 9 to July 12,
2008

“Building Bridges: Political Psychology and Other
Disciplines, Political Psychology and the World”
Political psychology covers a wide
diversity of approaches and theories.
It has close ties to
disciplines such as social and cognitive psychology,
political science, neuroscience, philosophy, psychoanalysis,
history, sociology, communications, international relations,
political economy, and formal theory.
In acquiring greater
visibility as a specialty, political psychology is devoting
greater attention to the breadth of concerns in the world
outside of academia, and thus
faces the
question:
How can political psychology better connect and
build bridges
both with other disciplines and with the
world?

The goal of the 2008 ISPP Annual Scientific Meeting is to create a hospitable forum
to facilitate constructive dialogue
regarding the challenges facing our world.
Conference chairs Cheryl Koopman (left) and Tereza Capelos (right) invite you to participate in this dialogue.
